Bought this air cooler about a month ago, and i'm so glad i did. It has saved me from sleepless 100 degree nights. It works great and looks good too. called about a question on the ice packs and was very happy with customer support from the manufacturer. I just tried to buy another 2 units for my dad and it was sold out. hope it comes available soon. highly recommend the product.

Bought comparable item from this company. Product never did word as advertised. After a month or so its only purpose was as a fan. A year later in 114 degree heat (Redding, CA) we don't even have the unit to use as a fan. If this is (and its specs sound exactly like the one I bought) the type of products they Whynter puts our BEWARE!!!!
