This is a great machine for a 1st time buyer. I live in an area where the weather changes often from hot to cold to really hot and so on. So the fact that its a heater/ac in one was a big plus! It arrived in a huge box, with simple instructions, and was set up in less than 15 minutes. It comes with a small drain pan, and a hose that can easily fall out so watch out! Besides that, it keeps the temperature regulated in my 368 sq. ft. room rather quickly and as quietly as any other ac.
