Saves energy Sep 13, 2009
By Robert Henschen The outlet sealers work very well and recommended by my energy auditor that I recently had done. Just be sure to also get the outlet plugs to stop the draft from coming through the plug itself.

Not big enough Aug 09, 2011
By Gary D. Howell Thsse work well if the hole cut in the drywall for the junction box is snug all around the outside of the box. But since this is rarely the case, these are considerably smaller than the perimeter of the outlet or switch cover, so leaks can still exist.

A little skimpy in size. Feb 22, 2011

These were pretty good for blocking cold air from infiltrating from an outside wall. I do wish they were slightly larger as they did not fully cover all the outlets, especially when the the outlet was not cut to an exact small size.

Yes, they work! Feb 08, 2011
By R. V. Wendel These handy like insulators really do work! Now, they didn't reduce my heating bills dramatically, but the bills were a bit smaller fater installation, even though the weather got relentlessly colder in December & January. Well worth the cost and very little time to install them.

These don't solve the problem at all Dec 17, 2011
By Steve Malenfant I installed the product well knowing that the holes in the power outlets and the switches would let the air still leak.
Please don't buy this, instead use foam sealant or caulking (research it first) and it will stop air from leaking in the box when applied in the wire holes and around the box.
I gave it 2 stars because they might help a "bit" and I doubt any good energy auditor would recommend this. They should help with the "outside" the box leak, not from the inside the box leak.
