Frost King makes great products. The key with this one is to understand that the product folds over (not exactly in half), so the working surfaces are approximately 3/8" and not 7/8". I resealed a sliding glass door by removing the worn, custom-made V-seal and replacing it with this product, surface mounted, which worked well.

I bought this to cover the gap between panels in a garage door when it is in the down position. The weather strip covered the gaps fine, but I found the adhesive coating weak enough that by the time the door had been opened and closed several times, the tape was falling off. I ended up having to put duct tape on top of the tape (not the seal) portion of this weatherstripping to get it stay on my admittedly old and somewhat weathered garage door interior. So I'd rate this 'average'-- good for sealing gaps and probably adequate at sticking on freshly painted smooth surfaces or in static situations, but definitely in need of extra adhesion in situations where the covered surfaces move or are not in pristine condition.

I used this item on my house years ago on some areas. Now I decided to do the whole place. I went to Home Depot ( 3 of them), Lowes (3) and 2 Ace Hardware. None of them had this and some never heard of the item. So glad I could get it here. I use it around the doors and the windows and works great and easy to install.

I love this product. You have to struggle to remove the old sticky foam weather stripping to fully appreciate this simple design. Really clever! You put it between the door and frame and fold it so it creates a seal and it prevents the outside stale air from entering your apartment. It really works and simple to remove. Try it! You won't be disappointed.

I had been looking for this type weather stripping for a long time. I even looked in the big box stores but hadn't been able to find it. It's not good for all applications but when it fits, it's an excellent product and works wonderfully.
