5Easy fix  Dec 05, 2011 By Andy
Woke up one morning and our furnace was making a loud noise. Found out it was the Inducer Blower. Got on Amazon and ordered this for a good price. Installed in about 10 minutes and saved $500 by doing it myself.
Product was the exact part that was broken.
Great Transaction.

5No HVAC technicians needed!  Mar 19, 2012 By Tracy Degraffreed
My furnace went out unexpectly in February 2012 on the coldest day of the week. I was out to dinner and returned to find out the inducer motor plastic fan had been destroyed inside the housing. I called three diffrent companies and the cheapest repair was around $600.00. Highway robbery. I got on youtube and checked out some repair videos and found the motor for around $170.00 including taxes. I replaced the motor myself and saved over $400.00. Yippee. I did call one of the technicians back and told him the price I paid for the motor. He said I got it cheaper than he get it from his supplier. It was only 4 screws to replace motor and on a on a scale of ease, it was a 2 out of five.

1Disposable part  Mar 08, 2012 By NJChris "njchrisx"
Replaced this 14 months ago and it worked great. Woke up today and the motor is shot again. Hopefully the new one will last more than a season.
